Job Summary
A senior care company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Senior Living Advisor in Johnson City.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Build relationships and educate families on the referral process
- Understand family needs and refer to appropriate partner communities
- Manage the sales process by guiding families through their search process
Qualifications for this position include:
- Attend pre-scheduled training and visit partner communities
- 3 years experience selling solutions to businesses or consumers in a quota or metrics driven environment
- Demonstrated ability to assess family situations and quickly develop solutions based upon family needs
- Documented history of the ability to develop and maintain good working relationships in a multi-stakeholder sale
- Must be willing to learn about senior care
- Strong computer and typing skills necessary
