Job Summary

A senior care company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Senior Living Advisor in Johnson City.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Build relationships and educate families on the referral process
  • Understand family needs and refer to appropriate partner communities
  • Manage the sales process by guiding families through their search process

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Attend pre-scheduled training and visit partner communities
  • 3 years experience selling solutions to businesses or consumers in a quota or metrics driven environment
  • Demonstrated ability to assess family situations and quickly develop solutions based upon family needs
  • Documented history of the ability to develop and maintain good working relationships in a multi-stakeholder sale
  • Must be willing to learn about senior care
  • Strong computer and typing skills necessary
