Job Summary
A research organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Senior Medical Writer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide medical writing deliverables covering all phases of clinical research and in various therapeutic areas
- Compile, write, and edit medical writing deliverables
- Mentor and lead less experienced medical writers on complex projects, as necessary
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Minimal travel may be required (less than 25%)
- BA/BS degree in life sciences, clinical sciences, English/journalism, or equivalent related experience
- Extensive knowledge of English grammar and FDA and ICH regulations and guidelines as well as a familiarity with AMA style guide
- Extensive progressive experience in medical and/or scientific writing or equivalent education and experience
- Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, and Internet
- Minimum of seven (7) years of experience
