Job Summary

A non-profit organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Senior Mission Advancement Manager in Phoenix.

Must be able to:

  • Coach and provide support to program staff
  • Provide national direction and program assistance to chapters and national staff
  • Conduct on-site assessments of chapter program departments as needed

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Non-Profit Management, Business, or related field required
  • 5–7 years of experience in non-profit organization/environment required
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required
  • Sound knowledge of nonprofit best practices
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information
