Job Summary
A non-profit organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Senior Mission Advancement Manager in Phoenix.
Must be able to:
- Coach and provide support to program staff
- Provide national direction and program assistance to chapters and national staff
- Conduct on-site assessments of chapter program departments as needed
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Non-Profit Management, Business, or related field required
- 5–7 years of experience in non-profit organization/environment required
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required
- Sound knowledge of nonprofit best practices
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information
