Job Summary

A technology company is in need of a Telecommuting Senior Network Engineer in Seattle.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Performing network maintenance, support and troubleshooting
  • Providing subject matter expertise to functional project teams and participating in cross-functional initiatives
  • Providing network designs within the confines of established architectural standards

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Must be able to travel and possess a valid United States driver's license and own a working vehicle
  • 5+ years' experience with OSPF, EIGRP, BGP routing protocols, Voice Over IP and QoS configuration on routers and switches, IPv4 and IPv6
  • 5+ years' experience in Enterprise Network engineering design and implementation, firewall configuration, server load balancing
  • 2+ years experience with cloud, hybrid cloud, and datacenter engineering
  • Experience with SD-WAN technologies, high availability switching, VMWare networking, micro segmentation
