A healthcare IT company has an open position for a Telecommuting Senior Project Manager.
Must be able to:
- Closely monitor and manage team members across the program to align with the staffing plans, schedule, and cost constraints and goals
- Deploy team building and professional development strategies to create high-performing teams
- Hire, retain and grow capable and effective project team members
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Travel: 10% Flexible
- BS/BA in technical, scientific or business major (equivalent project experience in a related field may be substituted for other majors)
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, including MS Project and SharePoint
- 10 years experience applying PMI PMBoK methodology and artifacts to manage projects and programs
- 5 years experience leading software development and system integration engagements
- 5 years experience managing large client engagements
