Job Summary
A staffing agency needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting Senior Technical Recruiter in Manalapa.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Delivering high quality and timely recruiting services to our client's team
- Sourcing and recruiting candidates for applicable projects
- Attending recruiting events, training events and courses as requested by management
Qualifications for this position include:
- Work remotely Thursdays and Fridays
- Proficient Microsoft Office, including email, scheduling, spreadsheets and presentation software
- Must be able to conduct in-depth interviews with potential candidates to evaluate candidates' work ethic, sincerity, honesty, interpersonal skills, etc
- Expert with social networking and maintaining profiles on social media sites (i.e. Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
- Must be able to develop conceptual understanding and conversational level expertise with all the vendor technologies you assist
