A software technology company is filling a position for a Telecommuting Service Cloud Strategic Account Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Developing and executing successful Service & Support sales campaigns
  • Leveraging business from new and established relationships
  • Evangelizing the Internet's radical transformation of the customer service applications market

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Ability to travel for client/prospect meetings and to participate in regional forecast calls and account planning sessions
  • Minimum 8 years of experience with selling application solutions
  • Extensive background selling Customer Service or Contact/Call Center solutions
  • 10+ years experience in software sales
