Job Summary

A staffing agency is in need of a Telecommuting Software Developer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Designing, implementing, documenting and supporting J2EE software components
  • Developing, documenting, and analyzing user requirements to define the problem at hand
  • Developing software modules that access relational databases

Qualifications Include:

  • Experience with VistA, KIDS, and APIs
  • Ability to follow standard software development best practices and participate in code reviews, writing and updating technical documentation
  • Typically requires bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and 5 to 10 years of related experience
  • Experience in developing computer software code
  • Should have experience in a variety of software programming languages
  • Should have experience in a variety of business systems and applications
