Job Summary

A software corporation is filling a position for a Telecommuting Software Strategic Account Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing relationships with key channel partners
  • Closing sales opportunities in the territory
  • Expanding sales pipeline/funnel by cross selling and up-selling additional solutions

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Some overnight travel required
  • Sustained, verifiable track record of exceeding sales revenue quotas
  • 5+ years of successful, progressive experience in the network security HW/SW sales
  • Strong solution value based selling skills
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Proven ability to communicate complex concepts and technical benefits in business terms to the executive level
