Job Summary

A real estate company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting State Administrative Broker.

Must be able to:

  • Act in the capacity of the state Principal Broker
  • Monitor state performance goals and enforce accountability for their achievement
  • Be responsible for the administration and management of State Trust Account

Position Requirements Include:

  • Willingness and ability to travel within the state
  • Member of the National Association of REALTORS (NAR)
  • Holds an active real estate broker license with continuing education credits in real estate, management and legal compliance
  • A keen interest in and high level experience in real estate compliance activities
  • Proven track record of managing a medium to large brokerage firm
  • Ability to lead and motivate others including a track record of developing staff and maintaining a high standard of employee relations
