A search engine optimization company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Talent Recruiter in Boston.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Conducting interviews with candidates either in person, over the phone, or through Skype
- Reviewing resumes and screening candidates
- Scheduling interviews and skills tests by coordinating appointments
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to conduct interviews with candidates in person, over the phone, or through Skype
- Passion for recruitment and human resources
- Prior experience with recruitment, sourcing, screening, hiring etc
