Job Summary

A software company is filling a position for a Telecommuting Technical Implementation Consultant.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Training and assisting customers on general usage and administration of software products installed
  • Installing and configuring software solutions based on customer requirements
  • Continuously investing in operational improvements and efficiency gains

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Occasional travel to customer sites and partner events are estimated to be less than 20%
  • Strong technical acumen with ability to communicate business needs effectively
  • 3 years of professional work experience in an IT role and/or software industry
  • Bachelor of Science or business degree from an accredited educational institution
  • Effective troubleshooting and problem solving skills and multi-task and manage competing priorities
  • Proficient working knowledge of MS SQL, MS IIS, MS SSRS, MS Windows OS, and Virtualizing software
