Job Summary

A health technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Technical Product Complaint Investigator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Collecting data from the customer to resolve a complaint investigation
  • Facilitating return of product, parts and/or components, or bench/field testing of products that are the subject of a complaint
  • Assuring full and prompt Failure Analysis lab assessment, and reporting into TrackWise

Qualifications Include:

  • 5+ years of technical experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have experience in a customer facing role with demonstrated ability to meet internal and external customer requirements
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team in a busy interrupt driven environment
