Job Summary

An enterprise software provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Technical Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Collaboration with Technical Support, Product Management, and Professional Services to provide a world-class customer experience
  • Coordinate technical account planning and ongoing technical management of specific accounts issues
  • Conduct ongoing customer meetings to communicate best practices, successes and data results

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8+ years of experience with one or more Business Intelligence tools
  • 8+ years of experience in SQL with common RDBMS
  • 8+ years of experience working with business process owners developing or driving analysis of information
  • Exposure to NoSQL systems
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, the ability to manage conflict, and scheduling flexibility
