Job Summary

A technology solutions company has an open position for a Telecommuting Technology Product Advisor I.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Participating on escalations for complex, high impact issues
  • Informing support leadership team of priority issues
  • Assisting in the management of escalations and supportability issues with development and other departments

Required Skills:

  • Ability to travel approximately 25%
  • 4 year degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years customer service experience and demonstrated organizational skills
  • Thorough knowledge of customer service policies, practices and systems
  • Ability to lead collaborative team meetings
  • Ability to prioritize and demonstrate time management skills
