Job Summary

A consulting company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Technology Support Agent.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Identifying patterns and recommending improvements to management
  • Authoring Success documentation for our customer facing Help Center
  • Supporting our customers via our support forum & ticketing system

Qualifications Include:

  • Meet at least once a year at a fun destination
  • Experience with HTML5, Javascript, CSS3 and responsive design
  • Good knowledge of Javascript/jQuery
  • Good knowledge in PHP and object orientated programming
  • Experience with Git and other version control systems
