Job Summary

An IT firm needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting Title Processor.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Typing requisite information and generating final title report
  • Reviewing the exam / search package for availability of all requisite documents
  • Providing periodical reports on work done to the reporting manager, as it deems fit

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • More than 5 years of title processing experience or related mortgage banking experience
  • Good typing skills with 35 wpm or above
  • Professional, ethical, and result oriented
  • Solid knowledge of and practical experience with the applicable technology tools including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Strong communication skills - Email, Phone, Fax
