Job Summary
A human resources and talent management outsourcing solutions service provider has a current position open for a Telecommuting Total Rewards Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Planning, designing, implementing and administering a comprehensive rewards strategy
- Act as project manager for total rewards for all acquisitions
- Prepare annual budget for total rewards and manage expenditures related to benefit programs
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources or related field or equivalent combination of training and experience
- Certified Employee Benefits Specialist certification
- 5 to 7 years experience in Total Rewards (Compensation, Benefits, Wellness)
- Sound knowledge of the Regulatory and Legislative imperatives
