Job Summary
A consulting firm has an open position for a Telecommuting Training and Technical Assistance Administrative Assistant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing agenda and note taking activity for management and staff meetings
- Maintaining meeting and training events calendars
- Assisting team with development and support relevant databases and conduct data analysis
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Able to coordinate meetings and training events including securing of space, logistical details, registration - including all onsite tasks
- Associates degree from an accredited U. S. college
- 2 years of experience providing administrative support to training and technical assistance teams primarily off site
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) required
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision making capabilities
