Job Summary

A consulting firm has an open position for a Telecommuting Training and Technical Assistance Administrative Assistant.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing agenda and note taking activity for management and staff meetings
  • Maintaining meeting and training events calendars
  • Assisting team with development and support relevant databases and conduct data analysis

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Able to coordinate meetings and training events including securing of space, logistical details, registration - including all onsite tasks
  • Associates degree from an accredited U. S. college
  • 2 years of experience providing administrative support to training and technical assistance teams primarily off site
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) required
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision making capabilities
