Job Summary

An engineering company has a current position open for a Telecommuting Transmission Substation Project Field Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Managing overall construction and startup cost to meet established budgets
  • Reviewing and refining the plan as the project progresses
  • Overseeing the construction project from start to finish

Position Requirements Include:

  • Project locations could be anywhere in the United States, travel is required
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 8 years experience with 3 years at superintendent level or above on large projects, or in construction management role on smaller projects
  • Must have communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must have conflict management skills
  • Must have leadership ability (team building, coaching, mentoring, change management, advising)
