Job Summary
A healthcare and health insurance company has a current position open for a Telecommuting Transplant Nurse I.
Must be able to:
- Ensure medically appropriate, high quality, cost effective care through assessing the medical necessity
- Conduct precertifications/predeterminations
- Consult with clinical reviewers to ensure member access to medically necessary
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2 years of clinical experience
- Requires an AS in nursing
- Current unrestricted RN license in applicable state(s)
- Broad clinical knowledge base of disease processes
- Knowledge of case management assessment techniques
