A travel management company is seeking a Telecommuting Travel Operations Associate Manager in Tampa.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Performing administrative activities associated with effective management of operations
• Training and managing agent productivity, accuracy of work and attendance of staff
• Monitoring agent bookings of all air, hotel, rail and ground transportation

Qualifications Include:

• Strong working knowledge as a booking agent
• Experience in managing business functions as well as leading others
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Working knowledge of a GDS System
• Excellent industry knowledge and reservation skills
• Knowledge of ticketing procedures
