A travel services company is in need of a Telecommuting Travel Services Client Management Executive.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Analyzing user requests and call-types to increase adoption
- Performing site management for online booking tool and profile tool sites globally
- Managing process for file downloads, uploads, and distribution for user additions
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Must be able to develop and conduct client seminars, self directed, and in person venues as applicable
- Knowledge supporting the Concur OBT from front and back end
- Thorough knowledge of the Business Travel Industry required
- Knowledge support CONNECT Portal
- Apollo/SABRE GDS experience
- Correx experience
