Job Summary

An American healthcare company is filling a position for a Telecommuting Triage and Assessment Care Advocate in Phoenix.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Making patient assessments and determining appropriate levels of care
  • Focusing on initial inpatient admission for psychiatric and chemical dependency patients
  • Determining if additional clinical treatment sessions are needed

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 2 years experience in a related mental health environment
  • Independent Licensed Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or Marriage or Family Counseling, or Licensed Ph.D., OR an RN with 2 or more years of experience in behavioral health
  • Licenses must be independent, active and unrestricted in the State of Arizona
  • Proficient Microsoft skills
  • Must reside in the state of Arizona
