Job Summary
A travel company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting Voice Engineer .
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing production support for Home Based Servicing users and escalates any issues to our vendor partners
- Assisting end users by reaching out to our vendors on their behalf to diagnose any issue with the data and voice connections
- Working support tickets for end users with connectivity and performance issues
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Some Travel may be required
- 5+ years of experience working in Technologies and familiar with network/desktop/voice tools
- Demonstrated skill in using an on-line ticketing assignment tool
- Requires knowledge of external Telecom and Broadband providers and how to connect remote users
- Ability to track multiple issues and incident trends to know when to escalate to our account representatives
- Deploy and support hardware/software for remote/Home based users
