Job Summary

A benefits service provider is seeking a Telecommuting Workday Advance Compensation Implementation Consultant.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Providing input to planning of work activities related to the Advance Compensation domain within the overall implementation
  • Managing execution of project plan and deliverables for the Advance Compensation domain
  • Providing input to requirements calendar

Qualifications Include:

  • HRMS / Advance Compensation implementation experience required, Workday experience a plus
  • 5+ years professional experience in consulting or operational environment
  • Client consulting and coaching experience using highly developed interpersonal, influence, and relationship skills
  • Undergraduate Degree (BA, BBA, BS in Business), or equivalent degree or work experience required
  • Familiar with Project Management processes
  • Experience in leveraging a Systems Development Life Cycle framework to project work
