Job Summary

A company that provides critical health and human service programs is filling a position for a Telecommuting Workforce Management Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensuring current standard / best practice tools, templates, and processes are used effectively
  • Providing oversight of analyst activities on multiple projects
  • Providing shift optimization and schedule effectiveness

Position Requirements Include:

  • Ability to travel as needed, 25-50%.
  • 3 + years' experience managing WFM operations in complex contact center environments
  • Bachelor's degree required, equivalent experience considered in lieu of degree
  • Deep competency in using leading edge WFM platforms
  • 3+ year of progressive experience in supervising WFM analysts
  • Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
