Key Responsibilities

• Provide consumer support in a call center environment for patients receiving treatment
• Assess patient compliance and identify barriers to care
• Enter consumer activities accurately in the clinical database and report adverse events

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Current nursing license unrestricted in any state
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Experience in a designated specialty such as oncology or neurology
• Telephonic experience is a plus
• Case management experience is a plus
