Job Summary
A company is looking for a Telehealth Provider to deliver direct member care remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform initial screening consultations for member enrollment
- Utilize the Twin Platform for medication management and prescription writing
- Monitor critical symptoms and provide oversight for Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
Required Qualifications
- MD/DO with ABMS Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Practice
- Minimum 2-3 years of clinical practice experience
- Active state licenses in multiple states; ILMC Compact preferred
- Willingness to learn new technology platforms and deliver care remotely
- Passion for revolutionizing chronic disease management
