Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telehealth Provider (NP, MD, DO) to deliver high-quality, patient-centric weight management care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct health assessments, lab screenings, and manage obesity-related diagnoses
• Prescribe medication as indicated and provide follow-up care for patients
• Collaborate with member support teams to ensure continuity of care and manage treatment plans

Required Qualifications

• MD, DO, or NP degree
• Board certified and licensed in multiple states (e.g., CA, TX, FL, NY)
• At least 2 years of independent practice experience
• Previous telemedicine experience
• Obesity medicine certification preferred
