Telemedicine Physician - Multiple States Licensed

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telemedicine Physician specializing in Chronic Care Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual exams, document findings, evaluate and diagnose medical and behavioral health conditions, and recommend treatment plans
• Deliver patient care focused on chronic illness, preventative care, aging, and hospice care
• Develop and review care management plans tailored to individual patient needs and ensure compliance with clinical guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Board-certified physician (MD or DO) from a US-accredited medical school
• Board-certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active, non-restrictive medical licensure in a minimum of 5 states, including priority states such as CA, FL, IL, NJ, NY, PA, and TX
• A minimum of two years of experience as a practicing physician, with a focus on chronic illness care
• No history of malpractice
