A company is looking for a Telephone and Survey Help Desk Representative (Temporary).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support via email and phone, handling inbound and outbound calls
- Troubleshoot inquiries from survey respondents using provided tools and procedures
- Document help desk interactions for review and training purposes
Required Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role involving call handling and survey support
- Able to work from 10:00am - 6:00pm EST, Monday through Friday during the employment period
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
