Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telephone and Survey Help Desk Representative (Temporary).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support via email and phone, handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Troubleshoot inquiries from survey respondents using provided tools and procedures
  • Document help desk interactions for review and training purposes

Required Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role involving call handling and survey support
  • Able to work from 10:00am - 6:00pm EST, Monday through Friday during the employment period
  • Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
