A car insurance company has an open position for a Telework Insurance Defense Trial Attorney in Dallas.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Providing legal representation to Progressive insureds and/or to the Progressive Insurance Companies before courts and arbitration panels in all aspects of litigation
• Preparing legal pleadings, motions, statements, and trial briefs
• Negotiating settlements

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Juris Doctorate
• Member of the Texas Bar
• Significant civil litigation experience including 10 jury trials as lead counsel at country or district court level
