Job Summary

A company is looking for a Temp Benefits Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure accuracy of benefits enrollments and perform audits
Act as a liaison between internal leave team and external leave carriers
Support open enrollment process and provide necessary reports to Finance team

Required Qualifications:

Associates degree in HR or related field
Two years of experience in benefits administration
Experience with Workday benefits module
Extensive knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws
Advanced level excel skills
