Job Summary
Partnering with key stakeholders, the Temporary Recruiter will work remotely for up to three months to manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume labor positions in the Valet Trash division, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Key responsibilities
- Effectively pre-screen and interview candidates to assess skills and fit for role requirements
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and drive effective recruitment strategies
- Provide market research and insights to guide the recruitment process and add value to stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly for high-volume labor positions
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and hiring managers
- Strong sense of urgency and flexibility in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Proficiency with the latest technology and recruitment tools
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality throughout the recruitment process
