Temporary Recruiter

Job Summary

Partnering with key stakeholders, the Temporary Recruiter will work remotely for up to three months to manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume labor positions in the Valet Trash division, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Effectively pre-screen and interview candidates to assess skills and fit for role requirements
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and drive effective recruitment strategies
• Provide market research and insights to guide the recruitment process and add value to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly for high-volume labor positions
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and hiring managers
• Strong sense of urgency and flexibility in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Proficiency with the latest technology and recruitment tools
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality throughout the recruitment process
