Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contract Team Leader (Tax) - Temporary.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and guidance to direct reports to ensure adherence to company policies and performance standards
- Conduct regular one-on-ones with direct reports to review performance and offer developmental coaching
- Analyze team performance data and implement improvement plans to meet Client Service Level Agreements
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends and possible evening shifts
- Experience in managing and developing team members
- Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets
- Strong analytical skills for performance data analysis
- Experience in creating reports for analysis and decision-making
