Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Counsel - Clinical Research.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on clinical research contracting and regulatory compliance
- Draft, negotiate, and finalize contracts for research collaborations and clinical trials
- Participate in legal analysis of compliance issues and represent the Office of Legal Services in meetings
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate of Jurisprudence (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- 5+ years of experience in specialized areas of law, including clinical research and health care compliance
- Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- License to practice law in the State of Tennessee required within nine months of hire
- Experience with multinational clinical research matters preferred
