Job Summary
A company is looking for a Territory (Route) Manager - Franchise Sales.

- Develop and implement route development plans for market optimization
- Collaborate with franchise sales team for recruitment and manage list of call requests
- Ensure compliance with legal standards and improve processes for efficiency
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in territory management, business development, or franchising
- Strong knowledge of franchise operations and legal requirements
- Proficiency in mapping tools and CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
