Job Summary
A company is looking for a Territory Manager, Automation to oversee and optimize field service performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of 15-20 Field Service Technicians and manage day-to-day operations
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and enhance customer relationships
- Drive revenue growth and margin expansion while ensuring customer satisfaction metrics are met
Required Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field desirable or equivalent experience
- Minimum of five years of relevant field service or related experience
- Previous supervisory experience required
- Broad-based professional knowledge of Automation (ATM, ITM, TCR) preferred
- Experience in bank equipment automation industry preferred
