Job Summary
A company is looking for a Texas Managing Director, Education to lead expansion in the state and local government market.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee profit and loss while enhancing client relationships and understanding their challenges
- Drive strategic direction for market growth, achieving revenue and margin targets
- Empower project staff through leadership and coaching to foster a high-performance culture
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing P&L and government contracts, preferably over $50 million
- Minimum 10 years of experience with Texas agencies like TEA and Texas Workforce Commission
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex contracts and exceed customer expectations
- Strong collaborative skills in a matrixed organization
- Advanced degree preferred; Program Management Professional certification desirable
