Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel.
Key Responsibilities
- Review contracts and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure legal compliance and strengthen business points
- Draft and update policies and procedures focused on risk mitigation and legal compliance
- Manage intellectual property strategy, including registrations and enforcement
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal role
- Experience with in-house or corporate legal matters
- Strong experience with contract review
- Law degree and bar admission in good standing
- Knowledge and experience in the alcohol industry strongly preferred
