Job Summary

Supporting lead project managers, the full-time Texas Licensed Associate Project Manager will assist in delivering permitting outcomes, conduct permit research, and collaborate with city staff while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in delivering permitting outcomes for customers by supporting lead project managers
• Conduct accurate permit research and prepare permit plans
• Collaborate with city staff and monitor permit status to ensure timely responses

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in construction management or architecture, focusing on project management
• Experience applying for and obtaining construction permits
• Proficiency in researching permit requirements accurately
• Ability to interface with city staff and navigate administrative processes
• Strong communication skills and proactive problem-solving abilities
