Supporting lead project managers, the full-time Texas Licensed Associate Project Manager will assist in delivering permitting outcomes, conduct permit research, and collaborate with city staff while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in delivering permitting outcomes for customers by supporting lead project managers
- Conduct accurate permit research and prepare permit plans
- Collaborate with city staff and monitor permit status to ensure timely responses
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in construction management or architecture, focusing on project management
- Experience applying for and obtaining construction permits
- Proficiency in researching permit requirements accurately
