Job Summary
A company is looking for a Therapist Associate (1099 Contract) in Pennsylvania.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct therapeutically sound sessions with clients weekly or bi-weekly for 45 minutes
- Provide 20+ hours of weekly availability
- Work collaboratively with prescribers managing clients' medication in tandem with therapy services
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or equivalent
- At least 6 months experience as a Therapist Associate or pre-licensed Therapist
- Experience in diagnosing mental health disorders according to DSM-5 criteria
- Comfortable working autonomously in a telemedicine environment
- Passionate about improving access to high-quality mental health care
