Third Party Liability Claims Representative

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and proactive professionals will find a full-time opportunity as a Third Party Liability Claims Representative, responsible for investigating and coordinating benefits for accident claims while working Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM CST/9 AM to 6 PM EST.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve accounts efficiently to maximize reimbursement for TPL claims
• Review and research accident claims to identify potential payment sources and verify relevant data
• Coordinate with payors and make appeals on denied claims to ensure appropriate reimbursement

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 1-2 years of experience with computer functions, including Microsoft Office Suite
• 1-3 years of related experience in claims or a similar field
• Thorough knowledge of third-party claims adjudication processes and relevant state laws
• Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
