Job Summary
A company is looking for a Third Party Liability (TPL) Claims Specialist to work remotely in the US.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact attorneys and adjusters to manage case status and documentation
- Review accounts to determine lien eligibility and track settlements
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to legal guidelines regarding Protected Health Information (PHI)
Required Qualifications
- General understanding of relevant legal knowledge
- Ability to organize and set priorities based on situational demands
- Proven sense of professional and personal judgment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to tolerate stress in a fast-paced environment
