Tier 2 NOC Technician
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Tier 2 Network Operations Center (NOC) Technician to provide IT monitoring and service desk support.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve customer satisfaction through troubleshooting and issue reporting
- Provide user and system administrator support, including knowledge transfer and troubleshooting
- Support continuous network performance monitoring and optimization of network assets
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma and at least 3 years of experience in IT or network operations
- U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DHS Entry on Duty (EOD) clearance
- Proficiency with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds or Nagios
- Experience with Red Hat Linux and cloud systems administration
- Hands-on experience with Ansible for automation and configuration management
