Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tier 2 Network Operations Center (NOC) Technician to provide IT monitoring and service desk support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and improve customer satisfaction through troubleshooting and issue reporting
  • Provide user and system administrator support, including knowledge transfer and troubleshooting
  • Support continuous network performance monitoring and optimization of network assets

Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma and at least 3 years of experience in IT or network operations
  • U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DHS Entry on Duty (EOD) clearance
  • Proficiency with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds or Nagios
  • Experience with Red Hat Linux and cloud systems administration
  • Hands-on experience with Ansible for automation and configuration management
