Job Summary
A company is looking for a Total Rewards Specialist to provide administrative and project support in compensation and benefit programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for HR functions including benefits, payroll, and employee records management
- Collaborate with the HR team to optimize workflow processes and ensure compliance with regulations
- Participate in vendor meetings and assist with various HR projects
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of benefit and payroll related experience
- 1-3 years of remote work experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
- 1-3 years of HRIS experience, preferably with Paylocity
