Job Summary

A company is looking for a Total Rewards Specialist to provide administrative and project support in compensation and benefit programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for HR functions including benefits, payroll, and employee records management
  • Collaborate with the HR team to optimize workflow processes and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Participate in vendor meetings and assist with various HR projects

Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of benefit and payroll related experience
  • 1-3 years of remote work experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
  • 1-3 years of HRIS experience, preferably with Paylocity
