Job Summary
A company is looking for a Trade Compliance Specialist to support corporate trade compliance processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit compliance with customs and trade laws, and assist in developing global compliance programs
- Research and maintain import/export classifications and documentation for record-keeping
- Conduct risk assessments and internal audits on international trade transactions
Required Qualifications
- Understanding of Canadian/US and international import/export regulations
- Technical knowledge of USMCA
- Ability to work independently on assigned projects
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite and ERP systems
