Job Summary
A company is looking for a Trademark Paralegal.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, coordinate, and file trademark applications and related forms at the USPTO
- Manage and collaborate with local counsel and vendors for international trademark filings and portfolio management
- Track and manage docket deadlines and routine business partner reporting
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in trademark prosecution, docketing, and portfolio management
- Proficiency in trademark laws both in and outside the U.S
- Experience using trademark docketing platforms and MS Office programs
