Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training Analyst responsible for managing quality and education activities within the Patient Access Department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement training programs for new and current employees in the Patient Access Department
  • Develop and deliver regular educational updates to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Monitor and coach new team members on job understanding and critical thinking techniques

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 4 years of training experience in a business environment
  • Experience delivering technical training in both instructor-led and online formats
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Strong leadership skills to manage classroom dynamics
