Job Summary
A company is looking for a Training Analyst responsible for managing quality and education activities within the Patient Access Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement training programs for new and current employees in the Patient Access Department
- Develop and deliver regular educational updates to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Monitor and coach new team members on job understanding and critical thinking techniques
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 4 years of training experience in a business environment
- Experience delivering technical training in both instructor-led and online formats
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Strong leadership skills to manage classroom dynamics
